I really respect and admire Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah and all of those celebrities who give back to people but at the same time it sort of infuriates me. Ellen just gave a struggling family $20,000 because they had to file for bankruptcy. Yeah that’s sad but there are literally millions of families living everyday in that situation, if not worse. How can they justify just helping one family? I don’t know, I’m not jealous because I love and value everyone and everything in my life but I just don’t see the logic in helping 1 in a million families when there are so many others struggling just to survive.
